What a location! So convenient! Cost about $15 in an Uber to get to QPAC and GOMA, there’s a Woolies, BWS & chemist right downstairs, a cinema and some really lovely restaurants. The room and balcony were big enough for the two of us, comfy beds and a great kitchen with everything you need including a nifty dishwasher and full-sized fridge
I didn’t know when I booked that you have to pay extra for parking and that they take a $200 security deposit that can take 7 days to come back to you. Not a deal breaker but it was a surprise and perhaps I just didn’t read the fine print. Online login was a breeze but I can see un-tech-savvy people being overwhelmed by it. I liked using the app on my phone as a key, it was nice to not have to remember to take keys with me when going out lol

The location was excellent with a bust stop right outside. There was a Woolworths within 50 meters of the location, as well as a choice of over half a dozen excellent eating venues. The swimming pool / bbq area looked great but we didn't swim. thoroughly recommend it.
The process for gaining entry was a bit of a trial for us oldies who are not used to using smartphones for everything.

Pretty flash for 4 star apartment and value. Good sources right outside e.g Woolies
The Elevator really slow and tends to miss your level at times. Especially when your down B3, it took 3 turns going up to finally come down. Only 1 elevator works

It was nice to have bus stop next door the the building. Also there were restaurants and grocery store on the ground level which is convenient. Room was on small end but clean and had a balcony for fresh air which is always a plus. Kitchen if you dare to use it is sufficient for some basic cooking. Nice rooftop terrace and a view. Liked the birds singing in the morning in inner garden.
Checking was a nightmare, finding the entrance door is next to impossible. Every day we saw guests in the lobby having to call the support for help how, what and where to go to check in. We requested physical key only to be left to arrive at the property with still no instructions where to pick up the key. We had to call them before one was provided. Parking again we had to call them 3 times to get it sorted when the ramp did not want to open in the morning. We were unable to use the bbq due to inability of the lock to be enabled for physical key. Wifi in the room kicked us out every 12h or so. After 8pm it was unusable, nothing worked and since this was a business trip you can imagine how fun it was. These things need to be a lot better. Since it is located within a "shopping center" with a cars and streets going through it, instructions need to be way better.
