Posizione centrale alla Sicilia, con paese a pochi km e supermercato a poche centinaia di metri, acqua calda efficente, materassi comodi. La proprietaria è stata cordiale e disponibile.

Camere umide con odore di stantio, come chiuse da tanto tempo, con finestre troppo piccole per arieggiare correttamente. Presenza ripetuta di insetti e millepiedi in camera e bagno. Pulizia scarsa per i nostri canoni. Siamo stati 11 notti e la situazione è perduta per tutto il tempo. Camere piccole, arredamento spartano.

Le logement ne correspond pas à nos attentes

La propriétaire nous a accueillis en debut d'après-midi et nous a offert une spécialité culinaire locale, c'est très gentil de sa part Tri selectif des dechets : la proprietaire est soucieuse du tri des dechets et met a disposition des petites poubelles pour fair le tri selectif des dechets

Chauffage : Quand nous sommes arrivés le logement n'etait pas chauffé, la proprietaire avait tout ouvert pour l'aerer. Il faisait 15.4 degré dans le logement. On ne s attendait pas à ça ! Elle est revenue vers 18h00 avec une personne pour allumer le poele à granulés qui se trouve au niveau-1 et montrer son fonctionnement. Ils ont allumé aussi le four a bois dans la piece de vie car il faisait vraiment frais dans la maison. Le poele à granulés a tourné toute la nuit, la soufflerie est bruyante. Le lendemain matin on avait 17.4 degres. Il a fallu 3 jours pour arriver à une temperature de 20 degres dans le logement. Nous avions 2 sacs de granules a disposition. Les sacs supplémentaires de granules sont à payer (10 euros/sac). C'est la première fois que je vois ça avoir a payer le chauffage Le four à bois seul ne suffit pas à chauffer toute la maison. Aurions nous du aussi payer le bois de chauffage s il en avait manqué ? Internet : peu ou pas de debit. Route SP60 : bien que la maison soit en retrait de la route, on entend le bruit des vehicules circuler, à l'interieur du logement à partir de 6h00 le matin, en semaine. La SP60 est une route tres passante aux heures de pointe, c'est tres désagréable. Agencement exterieur : déjà signalé dans un avis d'un precedent vacancier : pas grand chose de prevu dehors, il y a une belle terasse couverte mais avec juste une simple table et un barbecue. Sur le terrain la grande herbe avait ete simplement fauchée et non ramassée. Gestion des dechets : la propriétaire est très a cheval sur le tri selectif, allant jusqu a aller verifier la veille de notre depart si nous avions correctement fait le tri des dechets dans chaque sac. Je trouve cela tres infantilisant. Nous avons écourté le sejour de moitié (prevu initialement 11jours), Le logement n'est pas suffisamment agréable et confortable a cette epoque de l'année Je ne comprend pas que la notation globale soit de 9.8.L.
