About this house rental

This stylish gem provides the perfect location for your mountain getaway. Less than a mile off the interstate, the townhome is also less than a mile to hiking and Pisgah National Forest, and only a mile into historic downtown Black Mountain. And, with downtown Asheville only a short 25 minute drive, the townhome also offers a convenient and economical way to see the greater Asheville area. Built in 2018, this modern mountain townhome features 1,700sf of space on two floors, lodging up to 7 guests. Enjoy the full kitchen with high end appliances and plenty of space to cook for a crowd. Open living and dining areas allow ample space to spread out and enjoy a rainy day in, while your car enjoys staying dry in the attached, single car garage. A covered outdoor patio adds a peaceful oasis for morning coffee, afternoon nap, or evening meal, all set with a beautiful backdrop of lush green or majestic mountain views. Upstairs, the townhome has three bedrooms, a full laundry closet, and a dedicated work area. Other features include keyless entry, hardwood floors, and two fireplaces! Guests have access to the entire home. We have been superhosts since 2019 with over 200 five-star reviews. We live in the neighborhood and provide as much (or as little) interaction as our guests prefer. And, because we adore our little town, it’s likely we can answer many of your questions about its history and offerings. Just ask! Black Mountain, located 15 miles from Asheville on the eastern edge of Buncombe County, is a quintessential small town, complete with a charming and walkable downtown, a thriving arts and crafts scene, and at 2,405 feet in elevation, access to incredible outdoor adventure. Named for a mountain range that towers over the town, Black Mountain became a haven for pioneers in the world of art, painting, music, poetry, and architectural design during the mid-twentieth century. The town was once home to Black Mountain College, one of the most highly-respected and innovative experimental art colleges in the U.S. Today it remains an artist mecca with multiple galleries showcasing some of the region’s best southern Appalachian arts and crafts. The Townhome is only two turns and less than one mile from historic downtown Black Mountain as well as the interstate. Although the last approach to the townhome is a dirt road, it is well maintained and accessible year-round, offering the peace and quiet of being in the mountains while not having to spend all day getting there.
