For all-season recreation, you won't find a better abode to bring your loved ones along on an unforgettable getaway. Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming a movie marathon on the large TV, or curling up by the fireplace with a good book. Prepare grand meals and touring snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, ample cupboard room, and a formal dining table. Sip your coffee or feast on a fabulous brunch on the deck or balcony to take in the surrounding scenery. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure everyone receives a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures. Things to Know A Pack N Play is provided for little guests. Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Loved everything about our stay - gorgeous little place overlooking Mittersill. Although the lift wasn’t running during our stay, the location was still perfect to ski Cannon. Can’t wait to go back!
