All meals including breakfast were amazing
I was not aware that certain restaurants were closed on certain days of the week. Maybe a clear posting in writing for the week at check-in or the butler could specify it clearly in the daily communication without having to go through all of the information to get details as important as daily dining options.

Property was clean and well laid out. It was modern throughout.
The food was pretty poor. Only 3 out of 7 restaurants were satisfactory - these were Meraki, Tierra and Seaside Grill. Food hygiene at the market cafe seemed to be lacking.
