I would return to the hotel for a nice relaxing time.

The staff was amazing. Our luggage was lost, and Carlos helped out tons. They were extremely nice and personable. The bartenders learned your drinks with ease. The room was nice and comfortable as well. The staff also had so many events at the pool during the day and even had a foam party at night.

The upstairs could’ve used a bit more cleaning, but the living spaces were clean and comfortable. The food was no that great, but was edible. It was nice for the pay.

The place was very nice, the beach was not full, very relaxing. the breakfast buffet was good. the Blue moon restaurant was ok but not amazing. the staff tried there best to accommodate everyone.

the beach was covered with seaweed. everything was wayy expensive so don’t forget your sunscreen and medication they wanted to charge me $80 US for one strip of Tylenol. didn’t like the restaurants at all the burger place served me uncooked and unseasoned meat so eat well during breakfast. the cleaning lady was asking me every day if i want her to clean the room im not used to this they should automatically clean it but I guess she wanted a tip for that as well, i noticed someone going to my room everyday tho without cleaning it and one day I told her not to then found her roaming in my room, not sure why she was there! oh yeah and don’t take an Uber/taxi they charge you extra try to arrange bus shuttle.

very disappointing

We didn't use the beach, the room was ok and the food was so-so, only a couple of restaurants with pre-booking were of quality. transportation within the hotel was very precarious, we had to walk a lot for everything and it was very hot, which exhausted us.

Although we paid more than 1,200 dollars for 4 nights in an exclusive area, the attention in the adult areas is disastrous, the snack bars are horrible, there is no healthy food, nor enough variety of options, in order to eat a snack we had to walk to another area of the hotel. the pool bars and the lobbies are a disaster, we ordered some drinks and the only thing they served was low-quality rum, beer from tanks and poorly prepared and bad-tasting cocktails. I felt cheated.

I kept losing power in my room then they told me I had a welcome breakfast which was like a meeting with people trying to get you to sign up for vacation no breakfast because it was in the main area it took 3 hour of my morning up after I said I wasn’t interested

I really like the activities that the property has even though it was a weekday there was always something to do the activities at the pool were great the fire show was awesome had a very nice time at the beach party.

That it was way too big and you had to walk a lot other than that everything was great

0 STAR FOOD

In addition to being harrased for time share presentations, THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE!!! There was only 5 items on the room service menu. That alone was enough to ruin an entire trip for us. We are major foodies. Its what we look forward to everytime we travel. They advertise 24hr room service but that is for Priveleged guests. That was another issue for me, the term priveleged is how we name white entitlement! So way to go with that ne choice! I cringed everytime I heard it! We couldnt get a simple batch of fresh fries the entire time we were there. A fresh meal for that matter. Nothing was hot! It was obvious that the food was cooked in the mornings and then just circulated at various snack bars and restaurants. The only time we had a fresh cooked meal was at the Sakura restaurant (hibachi). The drinks were watered down. We ended up purchasing our own bottle of rum just to give the drinks a kick. Our room was very humid and smelled of mold. The bed constantly felt wet bc of the humidity. We had to keep the thermostat below 65 F to reduce humidity. The floors are all faux wood. We had a swim up suite and were worried we were going to slip and fall at some point bc the water just sat on the floors. Half of the room should be a slip and waterproof surface. We lined the floors with towels which was difficult because getting towels and wash cloths were a constant challenge. I included photos of the food, one of which was supposed to be cheesecake but there was no crust so it literally was more like a hunk of cheese, no cake. A filet mignon which was smaller than my hand and a dried up mashed sweet potato. There's also a pic of the old fries my husband got with his steak. Not only will we not return to this resort we will not be returning to the island. What was supposed to be a quick 3 day getaway was a 3 day nightmare!

I loved everything about the place. The staff just gets you in a good mood, always at your service and making sure you are having a good stay!

The food though... I had bad digestion throughout the whole stay! Still not sure if the heat is to blame or the food... But something about the food didn't felt right (to me). It was nice , but I think the way they preserve may not be effective. Other than that I had the best time of my life. Also service is kind of slow ... But I think it's a cultural thing ? You'll have to be patient for your coffee! And the airco ... Bring a sweater with you ^^

Beautiful resort, from the entrance to the grand lobby. My room was fabulous.

Room service food was not the best. paying groups of Haitians $5 a day to clean seaweed from the beaches all day without refreshments. I had to quench their thirst out of empathy.
