The Staff is Phenomenal, the nationals super friendly, the Food outstanding, landscaping the pools beautiful.
The beach was dirty(Sargazo) season. Extremely hot(August). We saw 2 roaches in one of the dining areas. Birds would fly through the open dining area outside, but beautiful view of pools. Rooms weren't stocked often, had to ask for sugar, cream, toilet tissue.

The Buffett and the adult only atmosphere.
The dirtiness, they clearly have a draining problem you can smell it throughout the Buffett, in the shower you can smell how bad it is when the shower is being ran.
