The property was conveniently located though far from major excursion sites. Overall it offered easy access to nearby amenities
While the property location is convenient. My overall experience was very disappointing. The room were not properly maintained the bathroom drainage, extreme slow and there was a leak from the bathroom ceiling throughout my stay despite reporting this issue multiple times no one took any action to fix them. One frustrating pattern was that a different staff member check-in with us each day and ask about our day every time we explain the same unresolved issue the new staff member would blame the previous shift for not taking action instead of resolving the problem, this continued for all six nights of our day. Communication was also difficult because many staff member spoke only Spanish rather than trying to help find someone who could communicate with us some staff member simply avoided the conversation, at the bar l also noticed that while I was waiting to be served staff would sometimes skip over me and Serve guests behind who was speaking Spanish the most upsetting part of experience was hearing staff use N word to refer to us or say Africa. This was completely unacceptable made me feel unwelcome Our experience at Italian restaurants was equally disappointing the staff was rude and asked us to leave because the reservation did not match their records, as we tired to explain they didn’t want to listen which eventually turned to an error on the restaurant and management end. Thanks for Ms Santana at the guest relations office she was my only go to and was very empathetic and help me out and occasionally she had to leave her office to help us get service.
