This was a last-minute reservation, and I was looking for space, location and budget friendly since this part of our vacation was unplanned. I got all of that and the photos were true to what you get. This property is seriously just across the street from Milano Central and on top of a main subway stop. The view from our room of the station was fantastic! The A/C worked great, lots of room, the small kitchen had everything you needed, and the clothes washer was a treat for a long family vacation. It was nice to get into the room and already see your kid's fold out sofa bed ready to go. The room was quiet and again, that location! IMHome was quick to respond to a question I had, and I'd look for additional opportunities to book with the company.
The entry directions were spot on, and everything worked with a fancy phone code lock thingy. It's just that this property is an office building that is clearly mixed use and that's fine, except a sign down in the lobby or something indicating I'm not about to enter a board meeting, would be helpful to us older folk. Once on the floor of the apartment, there were handwritten and printed signs indicating an IMHome property (covering a former dental office sign). I was a bit worried about what I got my family into! That said, follow the directions blindly and everything works. The apartment was clean at first glance but needed a deep cleaning. The shower had mold, the vanity showed water damage. There was wall damage left unrepaired probably due to a leaking A/C unit (but what a great A/C!). There was some wall component (emergency light?) that was left uninstalled and just high exposed wires. We noticed cumulating construction dust during our stay. I was curious about the IMHome company and discovered they have many other properties in Milan that look much more put together. This particular property appears to have been rushed to the market without receiving the full IMHome branding and amenities. But the view and location!!! I would stay here again, but I'd want some assurances that IMHome spent some time on basic details.

- Eletrodomésticos. Máquina de lavar, ferro de passar, secador de cabelo, cafeteira elétrica.

The location was fantastic, couldn’t have been happier
Maintenance was really poor, furniture was uncomfortable and wasn’t even a dish cloth or tea towel to do the dishes with.
Wouldn’t take much care and effort to make this property really exceptional, really a shame
