Clean apartment, easy walking distance to everything. Really comfortable bed, which is the most important thing.
Different location to what was on Booking.com. but it was only 10mins away. Minor frustration as we were really pleased overall.

like the location, easy to train station and center of Florence.
plastic on ceilings to catch water from above, sewage smell in apartment. one air conditioner didn't work and the other ones filter hadn't been cleaned in along time so it didn't work well. I cleaned it myself to get cold air.
