Overall very good value & super comfortable lodging

Very comfortable room. Good wifi. I only stayed 2 nights but I would have been comfortable staying several more nights.

When I came in, a small piece of gravel/rock had fallen down onto the bed, I think from the ceiling. As a result, the sheets weren't 100% clean. I wanted to do a late checkout, but this wasn't an option for some reason. The Sonder website/app said I could request a late checkout, but then when I tried to request, it didn't work. I called their Support team and they said they didn't have a late checkout option after all for my booking. Why say late checkout is an option if it's not possible to do it?

le processus de pre check-in, complétement débile (photo à prendre sur son ordinateur grâce à un code communiqué par SONDER !), n'est pas précisé dans les informations de Booking. N'ayant pu réussir ce pre check-in après plusieurs tentatives : caméra non reconnue alors qu'elle a toutes les autorisations nécessaires, codes pour SMS et mail jamais reçus, nous avons décidé après 24 heures d'annuler, environ 7 semaines à l'avance. En effet il n'était pas question d'arriver à Chicago avec le risque de ne pas être "reconnu" par leur système d'identification et de se trouver à la rue. La commande était non remboursable mais l'annulation était due au processus du loueur ; aucun remboursement même partiel ne nous a été proposé ni par Sonder ni par Booking. Nous avons donc repayé une autre solution pour ces 4 nuits à Chicago, via Booking. Cerise sur le gâteau : après ce séjour nous recevons de Sonder et de Booking une demande d'appréciation de notre séjour à Sonder !!!! De qui se moque t-on ? C'est vraiment la preuve de mécanismes automatiques non surveillés (Sonder et Booking). En résumé Sonder utilise un processus dingue ; il est plus facile de rentrer aux USA que d'accéder à leur appartement ! Et Booking devrait préciser cela dans ces informations. A noter que bien que nous ayions signalé à l'époque ces problèmes à Booking par téléphone, nous n'avons eu aucun retour, ce qui nous a beaucoup déçus compte tenu de notre habituelle satisfaction de cette plateforme que nous utilisons régulièrement depuis plusieurs années

Un apartamento muy cómodo con prácticamente todo nuevo! Justo saliendo hay una parada de bus y a su alrededor tienes más paradas

Good but could be better.

Location brilliant. Cleanliness brilliant. Facilities in the apartment were great too.

The ceiling and pipes rattling disturbing sleep a bit was the only issue.

L’insonorisation. Nous pouvions entendre toutes les conversations des gens à l’étage supérieur. Cela a vraiment gâché notre séjour.
