Apto muy amplio, luminoso, nuevo, bien insonorizado y con aire acondicionado muy bueno. Baño amplio y limpio. Toallas en excelente estado (cosa poco habitual) Buen frigorífico. Tiene complementos básicos en cocina (aceite, vinagre, sal y pimienta) y en baño. Bien comunicado con el centro en bus.
Sofá del salón inutilizable por desgastado e incómodo. Falta un microondas. No hay cafetera de cápsulas. Es un tercero sin ascensor... y estaba en obras el piso de abajo (con los consiguientes ruidos a partir de las 7,30 horas). Las fotos antiguas personales de antepasados en el dormitorio son totalmente improcedentes en un piso turístico. Está algo alejado del centro, y la zona no es muy recomendable por la noche.

In cinque giorni di permanenza neanche un cambio di asciugamani.Mancava un ferro da stiro. Tutto molto misurato. 10 tovaglioli di carta, 5 cialde per lavastoviglie.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, spacious, and very well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, and the apartment felt welcoming and well looked after.
The only thing to be aware of is the layout. The second bedroom is on a mezzanine, while both bathrooms are on the main floor next to each other. If you’re sleeping upstairs, it does mean a trip downstairs to use the bathroom during the night. It wasn’t a major issue for us, just something worth knowing when booking.
