The hotel itself was gorgeous and I loved my balcony, pillow and room. Very comfortable.
I wasnt told in advance that I needed to have a hold on my card even though I opted for PAYG...other hotels would just allow you to not have a hold if you intend on paying as you go. I was assured the money would drop into my account within 24 hours only to find out from my bank that they can stay on uo to 30 days so as I write this, the money still hasn't dropped. Also they put Mr on all my details despite me being a woman...

Hotel itself is honestly so beautiful. So tasteful, stunning pool and bar
There was no water in the rooms in the morning, no one told us about it, couldn’t shower or even brush our teeth before the airport. Not acceptable to pay that money for one night and have no water. We slept very poorly as the rooms are insufferably hot despite us lowering the AC. AC doesn’t work.
