Once we got the problems taken care of we made the best out of the situation.

The location of the apartment was okay. Timothy took care of a couple of issues right away. He refunded our cleaning fee due to the problems with the apartment.

The fact that we had to walk down a total of 10 steps to get into the apartment was not depicted in any of the photos. We were carrying suitcases into the apartment, however for the cooler, we had to drive it down to the end of the block, and use the sidewalk to get it into the apartment. The air conditioner vent to the outside had a towel stuffed in it which caused the AC to keep shutting off. The windows were covered with an opaque window film that had designs on it but it was not the brightly lit apartment seen in the photos. It is not a place for older folks who run the risk of falling on the steps.
