Nous avons aimé la situation très proche du centre ville avec toutes les commodités à pied, le calme, l’appartement qui est spacieux. L’équipe est réactive et tient compte des demandes.
Nous n’avons pas aimé la salle de bain dont certains éléments étaient détériorés, mais ils ont été remplacés par l’équipe qui s’occupe de l’appartement à qui nous l’avons signalé, les deux mégots qui restaient sous le lit, le compresseur très bruyant qui empêche de profiter de la terrasse, les torchons qui sentaient mauvais dans le tiroir de la cuisine, la toile cirée de la table à manger à la propreté douteuse.

Location was great, flat very nice to stay (spacious, air condition, ok facilities) and it had a very nice courtyard.
If towels, bedsheets, plates, floor etc were clean, there is a lack of maintenance (problem of water evacuation in the bathtub because of dirt), table cloth very dirty... and unfortunately the air condition system installed in the courtyard is noisy and we could not enjoy the courtyard so much...

Lage, Hof, Schnitt der Wohnung
Tischdecken und Geschirrtücher waren schmutzig, Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, in der Badewanne wollte ich nicht duschen, Vermieter will alles vorher genau festlegen um dann bei zeitlichen Abweichungen Geld fordern zu können, das hat genervt, ausserdem wurde im Haus eine Wohnung saniert, was sehr laut war
