Cute tiny apartment with balcony, enough for up to 2 people visiting Milano. Good location, within Milano area. Coffee shops, restaurants, markets and bus + metro stops near by.
Things to improve:
1. Despite having a kitchen, no dishwasher soap and no kitchen cloth to clean were available - I looked everywhere! That’d explain why specially the plates needed a proper wash. I bought both things and left them for the next guest.
2. No immediate way to reach out the property managers. You’re given a phone number in one of the MANY emails they send ahead of your arrival, but when calling it’s just a number with a recorded message that informs you they will call you. They’re fairly quick in answering through Booking.com, but no immediate way of contacting.
3. Despite the MANY emails they send ahead of your arrival (saying it twice, yes), not a single message received during my 3-nights stay to check if everything was ok. Nothing. This was my 3rd accommodation place during my trip to Italy and the only one that didn’t check at all. I’d have appreciated it as I could’ve told them about the items lacking in the apartment.
Things to know:
Heavy traffic through next door neighbor. OMG! Noisy, careless about hitting door at 2-3am or walking up the stairs in noisy heels or walking the corridor while speaking and laughing very loudly. All 3 nights woke me up at night with their rudeness in different kinds… and again in the morning, they’re somehow early birds. I stayed from Thu night to Sun, it was like this every night and day. Don’t know if the rest of the week will be the same … but just in case take some earplugs with you!
