The unit has a dining table with seating for four along with a dining and silverware set to have a separate dining experience from the main house. This area is ideal for cooking on the grill and enjoying the outdoor amenities as one of the doors is located right across from the grill close to the patio deck. The unit also has a queen bed and 50-inch smart TV in the private bedroom. A leather armchair, ottoman, and sofa sleeper with a queen mattress are in the living room along with a 55-inch smart TV. The unit has its own bathroom with a standing shower as well. Although the apartment is attached it can’t be entered directly from the main house.
