Small, but very well equipped apartment in a lively neighborhood. Just a few minutes walk from Sangenjaya station with very good connections to the most popular destinations in Tokyo. Nice view on the city skyline. Good and fast (digital) communication with the hosts
The house itself is older and looks a bit shabby on the outside. But the apartment is radiantly clean

Rei was very accommodating. The apartment was clean and very convenient with restaurants close by. Overall, great place and we would stay again.
Property was a little outdated on the outside but this is not a big problem as the inside is clean and well maintained. Also, the bathroom is fairly small. It was barely large enough for me at 5’10”, 195 lbs. However this is pretty typical for bathrooms in Japan.

日常生活ができるように数多くのアイテムが揃っており、料理もできたので大満足でした。寝具も気持ちよく、良い睡眠がとれました。
ユニットバスでしたが、ドアを開けた瞬間に男子トイレの様な匂いがしたので、最悪な気分になりました、掃除用のスプレーなどあったので、水で流したりしたら、気にならなくなったので、ゲストが変わる事にやってほしいとおもいました。床も髪の毛などおちていましたが掃除用具でやりました。この2点さえなければ、最高な宿泊先だと感じました。
