About this cottage rental
Just completed this one bedroom one bathroom (sleeps three) modern lean cottage is in a very desirable location. Situated a stones throw from South Holston Lake and Painter Creek marina this property is stunning. Both Bristol and Abingdon are about ten minutes away and the new Hard Rock Casino is about fifteen minutes. The Bristol speedway is approximately ten minutes as well. Relax on the large deck and enjoy the gas fire feature table. The bedroom is behind double glass panel barn doors and has a king bed with super comfy mattress. Hi end luxury linens await you. The bathroom is large and has a tiled walk in shower, sink with light up mirror and water closet. The living room boasts twelve foot ceiling and has a couch that folds out to a queen bed, a comfy chair, a gas fireplace and massive windows to view the outdoors and the massive deck. The living room is open to the full kitchen with a granite top island, full fridge, oven, microwave, regular pot coffee maker and a Nepresso coffee maker, sink and dishwasher. This property is truly an oasis. It is easy to relax here as it is peaceful and quiet. Come try it out. We guarantee you won’t be disappointed. Everything was beautiful! The view from the back deck was sublime. We didn’t want to leave!

Granted the house and neighborhood was beautiful but it was right next door to the main house. It was clear to us they had been watching us through their blinds. Also the neighbors dog cam running up to us barking and wouldn’t listen to the owner as she was trying to retrieve the dog. Also the listing is misleading. It sleeps 4 but you have to pay 40 a night additional over 2 occupants. I always felt like I was being watched.
