About this condo rental

Located in German Village, this attractive condo for $259 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. There is a parking space for the townhome located in the back of the building. You'll use an access code to enter through the rear door, leading you into the house's kitchen. Across from you in the fridge will be beer from Seventh Son Brewing. Crack one open after your journey to the AirBnB. The door on the opposite side of the kitchen will lead you down to the basement of the townhome, where you'll find a ping pong table waiting for you. The townhome is equipped with a washer and dryer in the basement- feel free to use them! The dining room can be used for work, study, or for entertaining. If you open the bar in the dining room you'll find glassware for cocktails and several sizes of ice cubes are available in the freezer. The wall sign can be turned on/off by a switch underneath. The faux fireplace in the living room can be turned on using the remote. The fireplace produces water vapor to mimic smoke, so don't be alarmed! This feature is useful in the Winter when the air is dry, but you may turn it off, as well as the crackling sound, using the remote. The polar bear lamp in the living room can be turned on/off by clicking the switch on the power strip on the floor. In the living room you'll notice a record player with a selection of vintage records. If it's been a while since you last used a record player, connect to the bluetooth speaker in the kitchen that you passed when you entered. Upstairs in the bathroom you will find wash clothes, hand towels, body towels, and a blow dryer for your use. Toilet paper is provided, as well as Beekman 1802 body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Extra linens for the bedrooms are available in the closets. There are luggage racks and hangers in both bedroom closets. In the master bedroom's closet you'll also find an ironing board and an iron. A blow up mattress is available for reservations of more than 5 guests. You'll have access to the whole townhome! A kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, two bedrooms, and the basement. There is a parking space provided in the back. German Village is an enchanting, historical neighborhood in Columbus, OH with old-fashioned cobblestone streets and gas lamps on houses. German Village is a walkable district with several coffeeshops, restaurants, and bars to check out. There are a few parks in the area to explore, which comes in handy if you have a dog or children who need space to play. You'll definitely want to check out The Book Loft, a sprawling book shop of 32 rooms full of nooks and crannies to get lost in. There are several boutiques spread about German Village, which will make exploring the neighborhood all the more rewarding. Schiller Park encompasses a few blocks of the neighborhood and is a favorite among dog owners all across the city- you might even catch a live show of Shakespeare in the Park. And a statue of Gambrinus, the patron saint of beer, is a great photo op and is not far from the AirBnB. Below is a list of eateries, cafés, and parks to check out. Breakfast: -Stauf's Coffee, a favorite local coffee roaster. -Emmet's Café, trendy coffee shop serving up artisanal breakfast fare. -Pistacia Vera, elevated pastry shop that serves coffee and macarons. -Skillet, a small brunch restaurant with a menu that changes daily. -German Village Café, more of an old school diner than a café. -Fox in the Snow, a rustic pastry and coffee shop. Lunch: -Schmidt's Sausage Haus, a German eatery with an amazing cream puff. -Brown Bag Deli, classic deli serving sandwiches and sides. -Thurman Café, oversized burgers featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. -The Old Mohawk, serving classic American fare (and turtle soup). -The Sycamore, featuring breakfast, salads, and sandwiches. -Local Cantina, creative tacos and margaritas. Beautiful skyline views, sprawling park. -Scioto Mile, Downtown. Expansive greenway on both sides of the river. The decor is all vintage-inspired. There are some retro painted murals on the walls of the bedrooms, plus several funky lamps across the house. House rules: -Pets must be registered and pet fee must be paid. $25. -No parties or events are allowed. -No smoking is allowed in the house. $250 fine per day. -Guests must be 25 years of age or older -Must have prior AirBnB history or more information may be required to book. -Please be respectful of our neighbors -There cannot be more people staying in the house than booked. -Damages result in fees up to $1000 per damaged item per AirBnB policies. Host is not responsible for injury or personal loss in any way resulting from the stay and by agreeing to the house rules the guests release the hosts from any and all liability from loss or injury. Non adherence to house rules may be cause for immediate eviction and loss of all monies paid. Parking space is the last spot in front of the wooden deck behind the building. Key pad is on the back entrance. -
