About this condo rental

Located in Woodstock, this attractive condo for $265 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome to our cozy and secluded condo located in the heart of Lincoln, NH. Just a 5 minutes drive from Loon and a short walk to the bustling downtown area. Nestled in a quiet and peaceful setting, our condo offers the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. You'll love the central location of our home away from home. Take in the stunning mountain views from the comfort of our back deck and relax after a day of adventure and exploring all that Lincoln has to offer. The space Our condo has ground-floor access. The main floor includes the kitchen, living, and dining space, as well as a full bathroom and bedroom with a queen bed. The second floor has another full bath, queen size bedroom, and a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds (with trundles underneath). Also, upstairs is access to the 2nd-floor patio and a loft space, which is perfect for playing games, reading, or doing work! Off the main first-floor space is a small patio with a grill. Mountain views from both floors! Strong wi-fi access. TV's are located in the main living room space and in the bunk room. The indoor fireplace is available for use. Ash disposal is located outside on the first-floor patio. The pool is just a few short steps from the front door. There are 2 DESIGNATED parking spaces. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED. ****A NOTE REGARDING PETS: while pets are sadly not allowed to renters (rules of the association), the owners of the condo do have a dog and cat that travel with them when they stay at their home. The home is thoroughly cleaned between groups. However, anyone with a severe pet allergy could be irritated by pet dander.**** Guest access There are 2 assigned parking spaces designated to the unit. Please note, we have full-time neighbors in our building unit, and its important to park in assigned spaces. Info will be given prior to your stay.
