Located in Woodstock, this lovely house for $313 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Enter this 4-bedroom townhome to an inviting foyer, with garage access and a bench to remove your boots or hang up your coats. Then head down the hall, past a half bath, to an open concept living, kitchen, and dining area. Beyond is a large deck looking out onto the woods, accessible from 2 sliders. Enjoy the flat-screen TV and gas fireplace from the comfortable living room sofa, or cook in the spacious kitchen with a gas stove, while everyone gathers at the dining table in between. Upstairs, find three bedrooms, 2 baths, and a laundry area. To the right, the primary bedroom is sweeping, with picture windows overlooking the mountains, a king bed, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom consists of a jetted tub area, followed by the usual 3 pieces, including a shower. In the hallway closet, find your full-sized washer and dryer, and across the way, a second bath. This serves the second bedroom, with a queen bed, and the third bedroom with a set of double-sized bunk sets. Downstairs, you'll find another full bathroom, a bedroom with 2 sets of twin bunks, and another living area, with access outside to the grassy lawn behind the home. While here enjoy the Forest Ridge Club House, with tennis courts, an indoor pool, and a heated outdoor pool. Loon Mountain is just a mile away. Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces. This home has winter ski shuttle access for specific dates as described at Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules. This unit does not allow pets. This unit has central air conditioning.

Great property, central to activities and shops. Disappointed that the inside pool and jacuzzi were closed for our entire stay and on Sunday the outdoor pool closed early. Would not recommend to families with children who love to swim after a long day. When we called the main desk they couldn’t help us with information on whether towels were available at poolside. Overall a nice place.

This townhouse is in a great location close to lots of fun activities for our kids. The indoor pool was a huge hit too on the rainy days. The townhouse is gorgeous, and we loved opening the slider and listening to the stream running behind the house while eating breakfast. We would definitely return, but all of that said, the cleanliness was a little lower than we would have liked, which is why I refrained from giving this 5 stars. The staff came and cleaned a bathroom for us on our second day when we mentioned a particularly lackluster cleaning of one of the toilets that we'd decided to avoid using up to that point. The upstairs had a strange scent we couldn't identify. We found mouse poop on the counter in the kitchen on our last morning and lots of other peoples food wrappers, clothing, and scraps of food on the kitchen floor and under the couches in the living room throughout our stay. As I said at the outset, we'd rent again but we'd know what to expect.

We loved this house and the location was perfect. A group of my friends join me every year to hike, swim, enjoy the beauty of the white mountains. This house was perfect in every way. Plenty of space, clean with everything needed. Plan on staying here again in the future.

The property was great, the only issue was that it was not clean. There were dead bugs on the floor, we found finger nail clippings in the living room and the floors in the downstairs were dusty and not vacuumed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a Great weekend, the house is very spacious , modern kitchen and it felt Cozy. The kids really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. Bed were comfortable, plenty of linens and towels, in general well equipped.

Overall a good place to stay

Overall it was great. It could have been a little cleaner. There was previous guests old soap with hair in the master shower still. The upstairs main bathroom had an issue with the tub draining. It was very large and spacious and easily slept the 9 people we had with us. The pool was close by just a short drive. We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again if we come back to the area.
