About this house rental
Nestled in Woodstock, this attractive house for $325 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Located at Loon Mountain’s luxury resort area South Peak, this gorgeous, pet-friendly 4 bedroom 3.5 bath townhouse style condo is located on the banks of the Pemigewasset River. We provide everything you need for a comfortable stay including all bed linens, towels, laundry facility and cooking/dining equipment. Downstairs: The open concept main floor showcases a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen outfitted with granite, stainless steel, and wood floors. The dining/living room area features a gas fireplace and access to the balcony with stunning views of the river. Adjacent to the living room is a convenient half bath. Two of the four bedrooms are also on the main floor. One bedroom sleeps two or three with a bunk bed (double on bottom, twin on top). The second bedroom on the main floor offers a queen size bed. Both main floor bedrooms share a full bathroom featuring a tub/shower and a large vanity area. There is a half bath under the stairs. Upstairs: The remaining two bedrooms are found up a short flight of stairs. The master bedroom features a king size bed with a Purple mattress, UHD TV, plenty of closet space, beautiful views of the river and a large private bath with a double sink, granite counter vanity, large shower, soaking tub, and a separate water closet. The second upstairs bedroom hosts a queen size bed, cable TV, and a private full bath. You will also find a full size new HD washer and dryer upstairs. Extra Amenities: The condo is equipped with a queen size air mattress for extra sleeping space. In the garage, you'll find a Foosball table and several river tubes. Just a few yards from the condo's front door and nestled at the edge of the forest on the banks of the river are a fire pit (wood is provided), gas grill and Jacuzzi, with adjacent shower/restrooms, perfect for a relaxing evening any time of year! Explore the Area: Loon Mountain is a four season resort area with an abundance of activities! Of course the mountain provides incredible skiing and snowboarding (the condo has excellent access to a new lift and is a “ski back” area). Fun abounds during the warmer months as well. Loon Mountain has also developed a fun and exciting adventure park featuring zip lines, trampolines, challenge course, mountain biking and more. Restaurants and the expansive retail amenities of Lincoln are within walking distance directly across the river. Other attractions are very close by such as the movie theater, miniature golf, and a water park. Or take a drive on scenic Rte 112, the Kancamagus Highway to Conway, and explore the wonders of the White Mountains.

We needed a place for three families, including 5 kids ranging 3 months to 9. This was perfect! The place was immaculate and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone to sit and eat, bedrooms with room for air mattresses (provided in 3 of the bedrooms!) stocked kitchen, very short drive to restaurants and hikes, and the big kids enjoyed the hot tub! We would definitely stay again.

The property was clean, comfortable and well maintained. It had everything you would need to stay for a week. The kitchen is stocked with enough dishes and pots and pans for a large family. It also is walking distance or short ride to the center of town. Just a short ride to Loon Mountain along a back road thru the development. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful long weekend in Dave’s condo with my family and our dog. The condo was clean, well appointed, quiet and the perfect size for my husband and I, my sister and 2 young adult kids and their SO’s. Dave is an excellent communicator, answered every inquiry quickly and provides a ton of useful info about the condo before checking in. One of the best things was keeping the window open on the cool evenings and listening to the Pemi right behind the condo. The trail that runs behind the condo is a great, easy hike too. Def recommend this property and plan to stay again. Thanks for your hospitality Dave, we all had a great time!

We were in Lincoln over Labor Day Weekend for a family wedding at Loon. We were thrilled with the rental of this unit! The four bedrooms and three baths made getting ready a breeze! It’s location is perfect-close to the Pemi and the sound of the river from the Master Bedroom was wonderful to hear! It truly is perfect in every sense! Our host was an outstanding communicator and our stay and departure seamless!

I had picked this condo initially because I had stayed in a similar one in the same building years ago. You have the river viewable from back porch, and easy access to all the restaurants and stores near Loon mountain.
The condo itself is very roomy, and everything is modern and clean. The couches in the living room were especially comfortable. The kitchen is very nice, with modern appliances and everything you need to make whatever you want. We only stayed a couple of nights, so we mostly ate out, but I would definitely utilize the kitchen more if we were staying longer.
The beds were pretty comfortable, and I didn't hear complaints from anyone in our party. We were all exhausted both nights and slept great. My advice is to open the window just a little so you can get that soothing sound of the river behind the building.
My wife and I slept in the master bedroom and I have to say, one of the highlights is how nice the master bath is. Water closet, dual sinks, tub and separate shower. All very nice and gave us plenty of room for both of to get ready at the same time.
Just one note for any families staying here. Not a criticism, but something to note. The kid's bedroom (the one with the bunk beds) is on the main floor with the living room and kitchen. If your plan is to put the kids to bed and have the adults continue conversation in the parlor, then you will need to be whisper quiet. At least, if your kids are all under 6 years like ours were!

Our study was great. Our entire adult group of 7 had a comfortable stay. The place is very well equipped; the beds are comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. The living room leather couches - which were all power recliners were great. Every room had a box of tissues and bathrooms had shampoo.
I’ve stated at a lot of rentals and this was one of the nicest and equipped. We all appreciated that every room had luggage stands so you’re not dealing with luggage on the floor.

Dave was so responsive to any questions we had . The directions about the place is very thorough. The house is immaculate, and the sound of the river was just amazing. Plenty of space and privacy for a family . Walking to the river is a huge bonus, and we had so much fun . The location is great , and we enjoyed Loon as well . We made some wonderful family memories to last a lifetime !

We traveled with our adult children to the area to hike in the White Mountains. This property was extremely clean, very comfortable, and the perfect location. Close enough to get to the restaurants and trails, yet secluded from all the traffic! Dave was wonderful to work with and very responsive! Would highly recommend this home!

We stayed here from Friday thru Monday for our daughters graduation from Plymouth State University. The house exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed for a nice family dinner to celebrate. My favorite spot was the patio overlooking the Pemi river. It was so peaceful having my morning coffee listening to the water before everyone else got up. The location is absolutely perfect and you should definitely stay here!!!

This property was absolutely perfect for a ski getaway at Loon! The location could not be better and the condo is absolutely gorgeous. We had so much space to spread out and every amenity was taken care of. The hot tub was phenomenal after skiing all day, and my dog absolutely loved the trail hikes in the snow! Dave was flexible, gracious, and attentive to our needs. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back!!!

We had a very nice couple of days staying with some friends and family. Place was very clean and good location to everything. Dave was very accessible and got right back to me if I had any questions. Only recommendation to the guests is that make sure you know the lockbox code before you are there. I was sent all this info but didn’t think to open it all up prior to arrival. This was a pain because the reception was spotty and I couldn’t pull the info up on my phone to get the code for the door. This was not the fault of the owner, just something I would recommend for visitors. They did have WiFi, I just had trouble pulling it up prior to signing in. So just write down the access code prior to arrival in case you get stuck In this situation. Otherwise great experience. Everything was well stocked and lots of extra blankets and pillows. We would definitely go back!

Very beautiful place and nicely appointed with several books and games. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room. It was so cold that weekend, we were not able to experience the skiing aspect. Great location to downtown. We did not use the jacuzzi because it was so cold, but took a peek and it looked like it was hot and ready to go.

This was the perfect rental for my family's ski weekend! It was very close to the South Peak base, easy to use shuttle to get over to the base and the townhouse was very nice. It was exactly what we were looking for and would definitely rent again!

What a great trip we had to Loon Mountain and the best part was this lovely townhome. It was perfect for the 7 of us, and we all had our own rooms and most of us had our own bathroom! The location was great, pretty much at the base of the Loon's South Peak. I can't wait to go back sometime soon. Thank you Dave!

We loved our family ski trip and time up at Loon! This property accommodated everyone perfectly, including my husband, MIL, our four year old, infant, and two pups. Tons of extra beds and bathrooms! It was comfortable for everyone and had everything we needed during our stay! The fully stocked kitchen was awesome and made things easier. The location is ideal, down the street from the Pemi Base for easy acres to the mountain, nearby restaurants, as well as a grocery store for last minute items. Great communication with the owner, Dave! Check in was easy, and all directions and property info was clear and organized. Amazing stay! Thanks Dave!

What a seamless stay. Everything about this spot was easy. Easy to find, easy to check-in, easy to relax thanks to everything at the condo being perfectly set up and described in the provided instructions. The unit was excellent in every way. The unit was large with four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The location was fabulous. Every detail was taken care of. The gas fireplace was very nice. Super spacious, thoughtfully appointed, and clean home that is great for a group. There is even a shuttle that leaves from the parking lot directly to Loon (great to avoid the long parking lines on a busy ski day) and just a few minutes from the conveniences of Lincoln. Dave is a very friendly and communicative host - we appreciated his flexibility with check in time as our plans evolved last minute. I'd highly recommend and would be glad to stay again!
