About this condo rental

This remarkable vacation townhouse, just a short distance from the Timbertown Quad lift, is accessed from the second level of the building. Once inside, on the entry-level, you will find a spacious open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with cathedral ceilings. Curl up on one of the couches in the living area, turn on the gas fireplace, and watch a movie. The kitchen offers plenty of space to create your favorite meal and has beautiful stainless steel appliances and 4 stools at the breakfast counter. Play a game or just enjoy the view while sitting at the dining table or on the deck. These look out over the grassy back slope toward the Pemigewasset River. Also on the entry-level, are two bedrooms (one with two bunk sets, the other a queen bed) and a full and half bath. The upper level of the townhouse hosts the primary bedroom suite with a king bed and a full private attached bath featuring a tub and separate glass-enclosed shower. Additionally on this upper floor is a second bedroom with a queen bed and a 3/4 bath, and a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more. Enjoy your membership in The Nordic Inn Club. Indoor pool and seasonal outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub, co-ed dry sauna, and fitness room. (approximately 1.0 mi away) Access to the South Peak Community Outdoor Hot Tub and Fire Pit is included. Please note grilling is not allowed on South Peak Resort Decks or Patios. Grilling is allowed only on the community gas grill located near the South Peak outdoor hot tub. No personal grills are allowed. Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces. This home has winter ski shuttle access for specific dates as described at /shuttle-service/ Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules. This unit does not allow pets. This unit has central air conditioning.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The accommodations were great, beautiful place, very comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Dealing with Loon (I believe Dot was our person) was a pleasure. Very responsive and friendly. Overall, it was an outstanding experience and I would highly recommend Loon rentals at South Peak!
