Four bedrooms across three levels, sleeping up to twelve, so nobody draws the short straw.
The king primary suite upstairs is the grown-up reward: a king bed, a private en-suite bath with granite vanity and walk-in shower, and its own TV for a slow morning before the mountain calls.
Two upstairs bunk rooms are pure kid territory, both with mountain views. One pairs a double-over-double bunk with a pull-out sofa, so it flexes from a couple of kids to a whole crew of cousins. The second adds bunk beds plus a twin.
Downstairs, a private queen bedroom sits next to its own full bath, the perfect landing spot for a couple who wants a little distance from the action.
3.5 bathrooms in total: the primary en-suite, a shared upstairs full bath with a soaking tub for tired legs after a ski day, a convenient half bath on the main level, and a full bath on the lower level.
KITCHEN
This is a kitchen that wants you to actually cook. The granite island anchors the space, ready for morning pancakes or apres-ski charcuterie. A five-burner gas range with built-in microwave gives you real cooking power, a Samsung French-door refrigerator holds a week of groceries, and a dedicated wine and beverage fridge keeps the good stuff cold.
Coffee people, you are covered twice over: a K-cup machine and a slow-drip maker, plus a coffee bar of condiments and flavored syrups. Everything else is stocked and waiting too, pots and pans, mixing bowls, a spice rack, full place settings, glassware, a toaster, and a dishwasher for the cleanup nobody wants. Gather around the dark wood dining table beneath the iron chandelier, with seating for ten, then pull up a few more stools at the island.
LIVING ROOM & GAME ROOM
The main-level living room is where the day winds down. A gas fireplace, on with the flip of a switch, gives the whole floor that mountain-lodge warmth, and a TV is right there to catch the game or a movie. It opens to the kitchen and dining so the cook is never left out, and it is steps from the deck.
Then there is the lower level, and this is the secret weapon. A second full living room built around a big sectional, a TV for movie nights and the big game, and a table hockey setup that starts friendly and ends in a championship. Two living areas on two floors means your group can split, one crew at the movie, one crew by the fire, and still be under one roof.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Step onto the composite back deck and the mountains lean in. There is a high-top table with four chairs for a long al fresco breakfast, two Adirondack chairs for the person who just wants coffee and a view, and a gas grill for the burgers-after-the-slopes ritual. In summer the deck is your outdoor living room. In winter it is a front-row seat to the snow falling over the White Mountains.
