The main house’s communal space is anchored by a generously-sized living room with a wood-burning fireplace, home theater system, and multiple seating areas. Equipped with updated appliances, the beautifully remodeled kitchen connects to a large picturesque dining area surrounded by glass. The main house includes 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms on the second & third floors. Located a few steps away, the cozy guest house provides an additional 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, plus a living room & eat-in kitchenette area. Dogwood’s 1,800 square foot outdoor area includes a large heated swimming pool, wrap-around wood deck, hot tub, outdoor dining area with gas grill, outdoor ping-pong table, and fire pit. The property’s large backyard on the 2-acre lot creates an idyllic backdrop for outdoor activities of all kinds. Dogwood’s slightly-off-the-beaten-path location is moments away from several nature preserves that are perfect for nature walks. Don’t miss the magnificent old-growth forest at Warren Woods State Park! It is a short drive to the pristine beaches of Lake Michigan, downtown Three Oaks, and the beach communities along Red Arrow Highway including Union Pier and New Buffalo. Please note that by booking this property, all guests must agree to follow these house rules: - The maximum capacity for the Dogwood house is 26 people. Under no circumstances are more than 26 people allowed on the property at any time. - Must be at least 30 years old to book and the average guest age must be 30 or older. - Quiet Hours from 10pm to 8am are strictly enforced. Absolutely no amplified equipment may be used outdoors other than the on-site A/V system. - Events of any kind are prohibited at this property, no exceptions. - No excessive noise, fireworks, or hunting allowed. - No High School, Prom, College, or MBA groups. - No smoking inside the house or on the property. - The pool is typically open May 1-October 31, depending on the weather. Hot tubs are open all year! - All renters must sign Dwell Vacations Rental Agreement prior to arrival. Please reference Rental Agreement for all other House Rules. Thank you!

We had a group of 17 stay for a wedding near Journeyman. Penny was amazing with communication from start to finish. She did not miss a question or request. House was clean, stocked and ready upon arrival. Check out was easy and quick. There are two bonfire pits with wood stocked up for the whole weekend. Pool with nice lounge chairs and umbrellas, hot tub near back patio. Two grills! Plenty of kitchen stuff for cooking. Would definitely rent another Dwell Vacation house!!!

What a beautiful property and layout ! Having a saltwater pool was so wonderful even our dog enjoyed it. Everything was as described in the listing. If you have a large group, especially a bunch of young families, this would be ideal. Plenty of beds ! For us having a two bedroom pool house was perfect for my in-laws. They had their own private space all on one level. Penny from Dwell management was very responsive. I can't say enough about that !!! so easy to work with.

We booked this property for a golf trip with a large group of people (21). Each person had a bed to sleep in, the outdoor area is perfect for yard games, grilling out or laying by the pool. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

We arrived right after a snow storm had gone through and the lot was well plowed and ready for us. Upon entering the house, it was most pleasant and inviting. A beautiful Christmas tree greeted us, the table fully set beautifully for sixteen. Anything we would want was available, it stayed warm for us, decorating was simple and beautifully done. We spent most of the time with activities around the huge table, from the two year old to the 81 year old. Many memories were made and we couldn't help but think it would be a great spot during warmer months. We would definitely return for another family stay.

Beautifully appointed. The kitchen had everything you'd need, lots of dining, living and sleeping space. The deck, outside eating area, firepit, and hot tub were a hit. Walking distance to hike in the state park, minutes to area activities. Communication and support from the owner was excellent. Highly recommend!

What a spacious house and beautiful property. We had plenty of room for our group of 9 across the two different houses. We loved the hot tub, enjoyed the outdoor firepit and had multiple meals gazing out across the trees changing for Fall. You do need a car to get around and uber isn't very active in the area so some pre planning is helpful. The host was very responsive and gave us plenty of suggestions for how to get around. Would stay here again especially with the new pool they are installing.

A group of girlfriends and I enjoyed our time at the property while we explored the New Buffalo area and local wineries. The beds were comfortable, the large dining table was fantastic for a large group, and we loved spending time in the hot tub and at the fire pit.

Very family friendly, well prepared for a large group: space, cooking equipment, towels, ample space to set and visit, enjoy the hot tub. A well prepared guest book helped to know what was in the area and things to do. Lots of other places to visit: Warren Dunes State Park - swimming, breweries, distillery, parks. Only issue was the yard, slightly torn up, tall grass and weeds, a dug-up hole - caused a need to limit the play area of children and adults doing frisby practice.

Rented this for my Corporate Leadership Team off-site. It worked out great! The house is set up perfectly for large groups. The kitchen is extremely well appointed and perfect for cooking!! The only downside was the attic bedrooms were hard to keep cool, but it was crazy hot. Overall, loved the house and highly recommend it!!

We found this gem when our previous rental property fell through a week before our trip. The house was big enough to accommodate our group of 24. We especially loved the large dining room table, the porch and seating outside, and the backyard. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with EVERYTHING you could ever need. We all really enjoyed our stay at this house.

House was amazing! Looks just like the pictures! Only bummer thing was there was a bunch of stink bugs everywhere! I’m not one to get too worked up over that, but they were all over the bathrooms mostly, so that was kinda gross, but otherwise fantastic!

We were a group of 7 adults and 6 kids ages 3-8. We did not use the guest house, just the main house. I would say this is about as many people as comfortably fit in the main house. Kids did not really have a “hang out” space other than the small bunk room while adults were hanging out in the living room. House is older with some small issues like creaky floors. Bathrooms are small and older. Kitchen and dining space are the highlight and so is the outdoor portion. We had plenty of fun and the owner was easy to work with! Thanks! Pros: Large table in the dining room Updated fully-stocked kitchen Two dishwashers and two sinks in the kitchen (nice for a larger group) Nice deck, Hot tub, Grill outside. Wooded area around the house provides a nice view. Guest house with kitchenette Bed layout: each room can accommodate a family with 2 kids Decent mattresses Secluded location, forests/parks nearby Decorated Christmas tree was a nice touch Host is nice, responsive and easy to work with Cons: Definitely too little room for the quoted 26 people, living space fits 7-8 adults comfortably No other living space for kids elsewhere in the house There is no clear separation between the pictures of the main/guest house giving an impression of the space being larger than it is (if using only main house) 2 out of 3 bathrooms are small shower stalls with no removable shower or bath, not updated Nails sticking out of hardwood Creaky old floors, hardwood planks separating, some water damage in places Narrow small-capacity garbage cans

The only regret we have about our trip was that we did not book it sooner. Everything was perfect. It was great having two homes where we could allow our family to get together and socialize and still have places for the little ones to go. We were at the peak Fall colors of the trees which made it an even more picturesque weekend. We are super appreciative for our great hosts and everyone had a great time.
