Back at home, brew up your morning coffee or prepare elaborate meals in the well-equipped and fully-updated kitchen. Dine shoulder-to-shoulder at the kitchen island, around the adjacent table, or alfresco out on your spacious deck. A gas grill is also provided for warm weather cookouts! After exciting days out, return home, put your feet up in the main living area, and stream all your favorite channels into the evening. For those craving a little friendly competition, an additional rec room features a foosball table, while a second sofa offers a quiet place to recline with a mug of tea and a good book on lazy afternoons. You'll also find a washer/dryer and cooling central air-conditioning in this home to ensure you have every comfort for your next vacation. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This house was amazing. Fantastic location. It was just as the pictures, had everything you needed for a great stay!

We were impressed with everything the minute we walked in the door! The home was newly renovated, neat and clean , and the views are breathtaking! Everything is close by that you could want to do up on the mountain. The glider port is about 1/4 mile up the road, so we were treated to the beautiful sight of hang gliders not only down in the valley, but right overhead when we would go out to watch. The decks are great for morning coffee, and evening cocktails. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and 4 types of coffee makers! The amenities included a generous amount of nice fluffy white towels, soap and shampoo, tv’s in every bedroom, hair dryers in all the bathrooms, and at least 2 ironing boards and an iron. We are looking forward to going back in April!
