About this cabin rental
A quiet and secluded 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house overlooking the ocean. The house has been remodeled. This place is great for whale watching from the living room, birding on the deck and to enjoy the beautiful sunset overlooking the ocean.
Our house is perfect for families or small groups.
We can sleep 6 people (plus a full size sofa bed).
Kenton is second generation fishing guide so if you are interested in a fishing trip or scenic jet boat tours please let us know!
The space
The house it's self is more of a rustic cabin like feel.
Everything inside is finished with natural wood. We have installed a heating system as well for the living room and the master bed room. We also recently upgraded our internet to starlink, which had helped a lot on speed. The back deck has a propane fire pit and there is a ping pong table in the garage.
Other things to note
There are no grocery stores in the town of Klamath.
However, there are small markets. We recommend picking Up groceries before you reach Klamath.
Either Crescent City or Eureka whichever way you are traveling from. Also, cell service for certain providers is limited in the town of Klamath. We have starlink internet at the house that has been great so far. We also have an exterior only camera angled at the front/entrance of the house for security purposes when guests are not there.

This was the perfect place to stay for our family trip to visit the Redwoods. It felt centrally located to visit both the north and south parts of the parks. The view from the deck is spectacular and you can even hear the sea lions barking down below!

Beautiful view, lovely flowers and many birds. Great deck to relax on. Very comfortable beds and the house was clean. Good location for visiting various Redwoods and state parks. Hosts are responsive to questions. Would stay again.
