Nice apartment. Bad staff

It is quite new. The sofa is big. Good equipment for the kitchen and the bathroom itself as well (in case it works properly).

Check in took us unlimited time. Shower and sink were clogged (specially the sink, we had to wash our teeth, face etc on the bidet for two days. We asked for the maintenance the first day and they never replied. I had to ask again the following morning and they told me that during the day the maintenance would fix it. We came back at 19:00 for a day journey and no one came. I had to write them again and they told me he was on his way. He finally arrived at 22:00!! We were in pyjama, tired. Incredible. To sum up: the apartment is ok but the customer care and the lack of supervision of the apartment before the client check in makes it a bad experience. Impossible to leave luggage before or after the check in. No chance to early check in or late check out and their assistance is terrible.
