About this farm stay rental
Historic farmhouse with modern amenities, privacy and room for the whole family. Hot tub available year-round and large, in-ground pool available as long as the warm weather lasts. We have hosted many family vacations, reunions, and wedding-related stays. While we ourselves are not a wedding venue, there are several very near the property. We have also hosted contractors working at nearby Fort Barfoot and Microsoft.

If you love charming old farmhouses with modern touches, this place is for you. It is a relaxing retreat with two living areas, two kitchens, pool, hot tub, two porches and a fire pit. It is perfect for family gatherings, low-key bachelor/bachelorette party, or just a get away from it all vacation. We were there for Longwood University graduation (50 minute drive but worth it). We chose this house for its one-level in-law suite for my elderly mother (not ADA compliant only because there are a few steps to the entrance but she managed fine). The description fails to mention there are three full baths (two walk-in showers, one tub/shower combo) and a fourth bath with jetted tub only. The beds were comfortable. The total pitch black sky and no traffic noise afforded the best night sleep ever. Best of all we could bring our two small dogs who had a blast running around the yard. We wish we could’ve stayed longer.

excellent and spacious property. It was exactly as advertised. Perfect for a family gathering for thanksgiving. the host was gracious and easy to communicate with. We will definitely look to return!

We loved our stay and hope to be back next year. The house was perfect, exactly as described. We hosted our annual fantasy football draft and could not have had a better time. Great property, and timely communication from the owner. Thank you!

The place was perfect for what we needed. We had a bridal shower and bacherlotte spa night there. It was so nice to have to the space and two kitchens. The pool and hot tub were so great to have for entertainment. The hosts did a wonderful job getting the grounds looking beautiful for the party. And they worked hard to get the pool open for us so early in the season.
