Property was very nice and territory is very beautiful. Staff in the property was very friendly and helpful
The worst was communication with property management. The person who responsible for communication was absolutely unhelpful and really rude I have tried to get more information about property and kitchen stuff to make my stay more comfortable because we stayed with big family to celebrate my birthday and have prepared to cook a lot and want to know what we need to take from home that we can easily prepare meals… manager refused even reply to me on booking or WhatsApp but when we arrived he start texting me on WhatsApp and ask for extra money because it’s my birthday… I was really stressed and disappointed of this communication… finally when we already come back home manager start texting me and asking about missing glass and towel but this stuff was in the room and I think that villa staff even don’t have time to clean the property and check everything well. Its looks like manager would like to make extra money without providing any help or service… Villa is beautiful but need to be cleaned much better because when we arrived and I see a kitchen it was quite dirty and we cleaned it ourselves but it’s not a problem and we never complained about it. So be careful renting this villa because management can damage your mood and conversation can be very difficult and stressful.
