We found the stay adequate for us, but may not recommend for everyone.

Location provides walking distance access to Florence attractions. Apartment itself was modern and furnished adequately and the host gave us a rundown of the place, no doubt to help avoid future basic requests or complaints. Top floor does offer some better views and we had no issues with street noise.

Heating really struggled for us - it was unusually cold (-7) outside on the first night, and combined with a stone cold old building it never really warmed up until our third night. Hot water for 3 people also needed to be carefully rationed. Steep narrow stairs does need extra care.

Perfect location and apartment. Plenty of room, close to restaurants and the best gelato shop ever!

This is a fantastic apartment in a brilliant location. The host met us there and showed us everything and recommended places to eat etc. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We really loved the area and were able to walk everywhere. Florence was gorgeous.

There is no lift - this was fine for us but some people would struggle with bags, prams etc. Not a negative - just something to be aware of.

Central and convenient location

The check in was very easy, we met one of the staff members (communicated to them on Whatsapp in advance our approximate arrival time). The apartment is located at the top of the building so there were several flights of stairs to climb - this was advertised in the listing. Was a bit tricky to bring the suitcases up, but this is what we were prepared for staying within the city centre. The stay itself was comfortable. It can be hard to come by a place with proper beds to accommodate for 3 people. We also appreciated the lounge area, which was separate to the bedrooms. Having a washing machine was also very handy. There was a drying rack available. Location is fantastic. It is bit of a walk from the main train station, however it is very close to Ponte Vecchio and all the main attractions. Just downstairs of the apartment is also a square filled with fantastic food, gelato, and coffee shops (they serve iced lattes!)

The bathroom is quite compact, and may be harder for someone with less mobility to move around (then again if mobility is an issue, I would recommend finding a different location with fewer flights of stairs).

El departamento es muy lindo y comodo, tiene lavarropas y todo lo necesario para una buena estadia, la zona es espectacular

Esta ubicado en 4to piso por escaleras empinadas y angostas, complicadas para subir el equipaje. El piso de abajo se encuentra en obra por lo que hay ruidos desde las 8 am de lunes a sabados.

Amplitud de l’apartament, la situació.

Els acabats estaven una mica rònecs. No es podien enfosquir les habitacions del tot (no persianes ni finestrons). Sofà llit incòmode. Està en una zona sorollosa, d’ambient de festa, tot i que no s’allarga gaire, es compleix la normativa.
