About this condo rental

Nestled in Fresno, this charming condo for $282 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Two unit duplex with 4 bedrooms 4 baths! Both units are separated by a wall and have their own entrances. Each one has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. With great neighbors and great little neighborhood right behind a private school. A short walk or drive to bustling Shaw Ave., you'll have lots of shops and restaurants at your fingertips. The apartment is located on a quiet dead end street just off the main road. There's easy access to HWY 99, HWY 41, and HWY 168. A straight shot down Shaw will take you to Fresno State and the Savemart Center, 15 minutes give or take with traffic. Neighborhood Our little neighborhood is a hidden pocket of homes right off of Shaw Ave near Fig Garden Village and Van Ness Drive (Christmas Tree Lane). Shaw is the main avenue through Fresno and Clovis and goes right by Fresno State and the Savemart Center, all the way up to Old Town Clovis and beyond. Our apartment is located right behind a private school in Fresno. An orange tree-lined street leads to the apartment. We are not far from Woodward Park, St. Agnes Medical Center, Fresno State, and the Savemart Center, and pretty centrally located to everything Fresno has to offer. Things to Note This reservation is for both units, Casita A and B, which are part of a duplex. If you’re interested in booking just one or the other, let us know and we will send you a link. Guest Access Guests have access to the whole duplex and backyard. About your Hosts This cabin is hosted by a family-owned business, Guest Equity Vacation Rentals!  We have a 100% response rate and love chatting with our guests! We're Super Hosts and Community Leaders on Airbnb, and Premiere Partners on VRBO! We are available from 8am-9pm by messaging through the app or calling/texting the Customer Service phone number provided in your check-in instructions. We're insured by Safely, please keep a lookout for a Safely email after booking to complete your background check. House Rules 1. Communication is key! To ensure a smooth experience, check-in time begins at 4 pm, and we kindly request that check-out is completed by 11 am. Our office hours are from 8 am to 9 pm, so please communicate any inquiries or arrival plans between these hours. If you anticipate arriving after 9 pm, please inform us in advance. 2. Honesty is the best Policy! Add all guests to the reservation. Maximum Occupancy is 8 total individuals, after 4 guests it is $20 per person per night. Pets are allowed. ALL animals require a one-time pet fee. 2 dogs max. Guests must provide pet sleeping accommodations and must clean after them. No pets are allowed on the furniture. 3. No parties! No smoking of any kind inside the home. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. If you choose to smoke outside, dispose of your butts appropriately. Absolutely no parties or large, loud gatherings at this property. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking or smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. 4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (deck, bbq, yard games, etc.), please clean up after yourself so the next guest can enjoy it as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it. Never leave trash outside, it attracts birds and other animals that make a mess. 5. Have fun! Our goal is to host a vacation to remember. If our offering doesn't align with your expectations, please let us know your preferences, and we will be happy to guide you in the right direction. While unforeseen circumstances may occur, we will always do our best to ensure you have an exceptional time. With the exception of things out of our control, we'll always do our best to make sure you have the best time!
