Only a 3 minute drive or less than a mile walk to all of West Highlands AND Berkeley's best restaurants, bars and shops! Paid Laundry on the property is an added bonus! The Space: Inside: Upon walking in, you'll immediately be greeted with the fun and eclectic vibe of our 2/1 chic apartment! Pops of Stevie Nicks, David Bowie, And Adele name just a few of the artists our apartment is paying tribute too. The master bedroom boasts a Casper King bed while the guest has a Casper Queen. A dresser for clothing and closets in each room can hold all of your clothes for longer stays and changes in seasons! A dining table for 4 and a breakfast nook for 2 can both easily host remote workers when not being used for dining. There is a laundry room on site. Just download an app, and you'll be able to wash clothes with ease. At this stocked rental, you'll have everything you need for your extended stay! Outside: We are located on a busy street but don't let that deter you! It is extremely quiet in the unit (its the furthest back from street) AND we are SO CLOSE to so many hot Denver streets. Walk to 32nd Street in the West Highlands where you'll find Blue Pan Pizza, Fire on the Mountain, El Camino, Highlands Cork & Cafe Novo Coffee, Salt & Grinder and so much more! Berkeley's popular Tennyson Street is the same distance! There you will find, Bakery Four (hands down the best bakery in the city), Call your Mother, Hey Kiddo, Hops & Pie, Vital Root, Post Oak BBQ, Denver Biscuit Company, Etc etc. The list just continues. Heading to the mountains? Getting to I-70 is a breeze! If you're looking for a value driven, comfortable abode in a location that is so close to everything, this is your spot Guest Access: Self Check-in Instructions will be sent 48 hours before your stay. The Neighborhood: The unit is located in Wheatridge/Denver Border. One side of Sheridan is Wheatridge and the other is Denver Getting Around: You could getaway without having a car but we still recommend one. Other Things to Note: THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10pm. Please bring all noise inside after this time. This is a family neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Pets are allowed and we charge a $250 non refundable pet accommodation fare (per month) during your stay (2nd pet is an additional $125 per month) . Please inquire about multiple pets or a multiple month stay. Complimentary in-stay clean is scheduled roughly 2 weeks into your reservation. If staying 60 days or more, we will provide an additional complimentary in-stay clean around week 6. Please inquire for stays longer than 60 days. We require a guest lease agreement to be signed for your reservation. The agreement is just an acknowledgment of our house rules and policies. We require an additional $500 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details. CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property. TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund.
