Nestled in Wheat Ridge, this lovely condo for $117 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. The unit is a private two-bedroom that has been completely remodeled. Has its own private entrance. Everything is new and up-to-date. It is on the second floor and very comfortable. It has a furnished kitchen and a desk for office work. It is non-smoking but has an outside covered patio area that is very comfortable for outdoor smoking. Very safe quiet neighborhood with a park two blocks away. 10 minutes to the football and baseball stadiums. And for the concert goers to red rocks, 15 minutes. No smoking inside and no pets.

This was a spacious, comfortable apartment with nicely updated kitchen and bath. It had all the basics. Washer and dryer were great to have. Communication was easy and prompt.

Lovely, spacious, clean with extremely comfortable bed and couch. Quiet with nice laundry and kitchen. Especially loved the desk in the front room. Wifi was fast and easy to find all my favorite channels and apps on the tv.

We enjoyed staying there. Very clean inside. The driveway could use some work. There is stickers that will stick to your clothes. Could use full body mirrors in both bedrooms. Not enough mirrors. Other then that very nice property. Very convenient location.

Perfect if your going to Empower Field at Mile High or Coors Field. Nice place. Everything updated. Will be staying there next year to go see my Raidernation Play.

Four of us drove from Saskatchewan to visit Denver to watch the Blue Jays play ball against the Rockies! We had a great time. The accommodations were great. Could use some a/c in the bedrooms (but it was unusually hot that weekend) but everything else was wonderful.

This place had what we needed - nothing fancy but had the staples in the kitchen, washer/dryer, A/C (only in main room so was a bit warm in bedrooms), and was not too far from places we planned to visit. Downside is you will have to drive to anything you want to do as it's in the middle of a neighborhood. Perfect to use as home base for many activities.

The property was great except when we showed up the place was 80+ degrees because the air conditioning wasn’t working. We tried contacting owner 3 different times and never got an answer until we called Vrbo directly. There is a small air conditioning unit in the living room but nothing in the two rooms. Apparently the air conditioning hadn’t worked a few times that week so it would have been nice if it was checked on before we showed up to ensure it was working. But it wasn’t so it was horribly hot. The owner was rude when we got ahold of him and didn’t even apologize. Thankfully Vrbo gave us a full refund. However, I think the place would have been fine if the air conditioning worked.

The property was clean and easily accessible. The check- in process was easy. The property has everything we needed for our stay. Possible improvements would be vacuuming out the windowsills more often and vacuuming the filter on the air conditioner more often, but it wasn't a huge deal to do it ourselves.

It was very clean and was perfect for our week of softball at the Boulder IDT! The location was perfect and close to groceries, restaurants, and shopping! I will definitely stay here again! Thank you Glen for providing a clean, safe place for us to stay!

Unit was clean and quiet and perfect for our stay. Walking distance to Tennyson Ave. Which has all kinds of shops and a variety of restaurants. This is the second time we have stayed at this location and it has been perfect both times. Sorry I did not post sooner, we took the train back to California (beautiful ride) and did not have service.

Absolutely perfect location for a vacation with friends. Great neighborhood, easy to get to and property was incredibly clean. Same size as a large 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apt with a very nice outside patio area. I will 100% be booking here again in the future.

We were very very pleased with this VRBO. All the amenities that make it a lot easier to get comfortable were available when we walked in. Coffee and a coffee maker, some basic spices, soap, laundry detergent and shampoo - all on hand. This made it so easy to settle in. Also, everything was very clean, TV was GREAT, wifi was good and the beds were super comfortable. This is a well kept place and a bit of a hidden gem because it is not too trendy and I think it doesn't photograph as nicely as it actually looks in person. If you need a relaxing place to stay in Denver - this is a very good one.

Thanks for letting us stay. I didnt know where the trash receptacle for the property was so I didnt know where to empty the trash to. Other then that, amazing home.

We loved the comfort and convenience of this thoughtfully updated little apartment. We had more than enough space for the two of us and could easily see sharing the space with another adult or two. We have tried other places in this vicinity and they were uncomfortable although glitzy. Give me comfort anytime!
