About this house rental

Situated in Vero Beach, this attractive house for $266 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Centrally located!Heated saltwater pool ,hot tub, a 5 miles to beach side with lot of waterfront dining & shopping. Bit over 1 mile to very walkable & happening downtown. Grocery stores, restaurants & shopping only 3 minutes away. House is nesting in clean & safe residential neighborhood. Large open kitchen , big screen TV with living room / kitchen / dining area seating , wonderful very private fenced-In backyard with a pool, waterfall feature, and hot tub, beautiful primary bath room with rainfall showerhead and soaking tub, three comfortable beds in the three Bedrooms. We have extra twin folding beds/ cot's at listing. One of the bedrooms is a folding chair that opens up for a bed , and there is a pack-n-play & crib . Please note - any extra sleeper beds need to be confirmed in time of bookings or least before check in- to have it set up in time for check in. Airboat Gator rides, Golf, Pickleball Courts- everything short distance We got Airbot / gator rides, kayaking, Historic Jungle trail hiking paths, surfing & surf school, Skydiving, golf courses, pickleball, Botanical Garden....can't even name it all.And of course - clean sandy beaches! Garage is for maintenance personnel only/ not for quest access! Jackie Robinson Baseball Training Center- 2 minute walk Downtown Vero 2miles Public Beach w/ Free Parking- 5.4 miles 12 Pickleball Courts(Pocahontas Park) - 6 min drive Palm Beach Int'l Airport- 1hr 20min drive Orlando Int'l Airport- 1hr 20min drive. Miami Airport 2hrs 20 min.

The property is beautiful. I would say it is the nicest VRBO property I have ever stayed in. It is well stocked with many amenities and decorated perfectly. The ambiance is like walking into a vacation paradise. Your own private resort home. There are no corners cut in the quality of anything. The pictures don't do the property justice. Ingred is very sweet. She was always quickly available to answer questions and help out in whatever way she can. She has a great knowledge of the local area, places to eat and things to do. The VRBO listing is NOT accurate. This property was listed to sleep 10 with 1 king, 2 queens, 2 twin murphy beds and a sleeper sofa. There are no twins and no sleeper sofa. There is a camp cot, and a narrow chair that unfolds to the floor that would sleep a child and a pack n play. The number of beds and locations listed were why we booked the property. When I brought it up to Ingred she was very apologetic and did work with us to come to a resolution. I look forward to staying here again now that we know what the real sleeping arrangements are.

This house is beautifully decorated and you get the Florida feel right away. Everything is updated. We loved the layout of the house. The kitchen is stocked or use the outside grill. The backyard isn't huge but it has a privacy fence, a nice pool, hot tub, bar and outdoor furniture. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub after sitting at the ball field all day. The pool was a bit chilly for us to use in November the thermometer read 75 on the water temperature eventhough it is heated. The owners have some beach gear like chairs, cooler and umbrella available for renters as well. The owners reached out to us right away to make sure we knew how to use the pool/hot tub, etc. She was wonderful in giving us dining options as well. This house is within walking distance of Dodgertown Stadium (Jackie Robinson) if you have a child playing ball there. It is also near shopping, restaurants, bars, the mall and not far from the beach. Our suggestions: 1. The master bed could use a pillow topper as the mattress was hard; 2. Maybe add some games/bikes/scooters for families to play; and 3. I would add a TV to the third bedroom in case a family has additional children. Oh and this property has great security, but make sure you close the doors all the way so the owners don't get an alarm that they are open (oops). We would definitely stay at this property again!
