We do not allow parties. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. - All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. - No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.

It should not be allowed to put pictures on the website about rentals that are so deceiving from reality of property condition. The first day and a half was spent communicating with VRBO & Beach Box about cleanliness and other issues. One bed completely collapsed. Dead bugs all over, dirty floor and furnishings, ripped throw pillows, horrible smell in downstairs. Washer/dryer is in DIRTY storage area. Dryer was full of some kind of oil. BBQ was filthy, rusty and unusable. Most everything is old and worn, much different than pictures show. Property management cleaned and fixed most issues but this was not how we should have had to spend our time and money.

There was an issue with our reservation so the young lady who helped me was so kind and very quick in helping to accommodate us in no time!!! We are very grateful for her going above and beyond! Regarding the property, housekeeping skipped some corners, one room had a broken window which had cardboard over the portion that’s as broken, there’s a very narrow driveway…to get to the back of the house for designated parking. It was challenging at times getting in and out since it’s right off of the main road. The noise level from traffic was insane Thursday night but ironically, Friday night, it was pretty quiet. Not sure what the smell is but I actually smelled it throughout Galveston, not just around the property. The house has some nice updates, and the beds we’re comfortable. Lots of beds and space within the house, just very close to neighbors not much space outside. However, there is a nice fire pit and deck out back and the front porch was nice. Oh and don’t freak out, the first few steps up the staircase make a lot of noise! Overall, we were satisfied with the house…It is an older home with a lot of updates though. To the young lady who helped us out with our reservation, you are amazing! Thank you so much for helping us to get adjusted so quickly, I can’t thank you enough!
