En diez minutos llegas al centro de Dublin y a la zona del Titanic.
Sala de estar/comedor muy comoda.
Siempre encontramos parquing alrededor de la casa.
La sala de baño en suite un poco estrecha. Sobre todo el lavabo.
Ducha suficiente y muy bien aislada.
Desconocia el metodo de cerrar la puerta accionando la maneta y girando la llave.
Por suerte la otra pareja ya lo conocia.

Great location for a short walk into the City or for the Titanic Quarter. Convenient bus stop just outside the property.
Some areas need some attention. Main bathroom has no seal on shower screen so bathroom floor eta soaked when using the shower. En suite bathroom shower screen has come off it’s fixing at the top.
Oven door didn’t stay down when trying to take food from oven and some oven gloves would have been useful.
Some instructions on how the dishwasher worked would be useful.
Front of the property doesn’t give a good impression of the flat.

It was a good location and the decor was lovely. Beds also comfortable.
The outside was very unkept. The actual apartment was quite clean but considering there was a £50 cleaning fee in the costs I would have expected the bathroom to be in a better state. The shower door had black on it and the bathroom sink had dirty marks. In saying that everything else was lovely and the decor was beautiful.

Location
First impressions approaching the property is weeds and exterior untidy.
Dirty furniture and a generally uncared for apartment. Broken kitchen cupboard doors, inconsistent heat throughout, the ensuite bathroom was very dirty.

"very close to the SSE, bus stop outside the front door although the property is still very close to the city centre. you would walk it in 15 - 20 mins at a slow pace"
