I loved the friendliness of the staff and the spa amenities.
I didn't care for the attitude of the shuttle driver. His tone was always unfriendly. Our first day there we wanted to go to the Ala Moana Shopping Center. He repeated several times it was across the street. We communicated back a couple times that we understood but wanted to be driven over nonetheless. He appeared annoyed. I also thought the prices of Sera were too expensive for breakfast. I also didn't like we weren't offered turn down service or have our room cleaned.

The location was close to the shops, parks, and beaches. If you don’t mind walking it can probably take 25 minutes to get to Waikiki beach. Transportation is really nice. Nice pool area.
I didn’t have any negative experiences.
