The apartment was very spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was a in a quiet area, with no noisy neighbours, and the free on-site parking was much appreciated. I also liked the two balconies on opposite sides of the apartment so that they both caught the sun at different times in the day.
A minor thing, but the folding door to the laundry could do with some lubrication.

The open plan aspect, high ceilings, mezzanine floor , proximity to everywhere ๐๐
Bit warm, plenty steps to the apartment. Could be an issue for anyone with disabilities shower was too low for me downstairs

Spacious and great location
No airco in bedrooms, mattresses not comfy, fittings aged. Old coffee machine. Generally a great apartment let down by the fittings and furnishings- could be superb if renovated
