Situated in Golden Beach, this charming house for $6,500 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Extensive seawall ideal for accommodating very large yachts, water toys located in a no wake zone with ocean access with no fixed bridges to the Atlantic Ocean. Two-story estate with 6 bedrooms & 6.5 BA + den, family room and much more. Enormous grounds with waterfront covered terraces, heated pool/jacuzzi with motorized cover, dock, and large backyard making it ideal for entertaining & relaxation with the family. Located between both Miami and Ft Lauderdale in peaceful Golden Isles. This exquisite home has walk-in closets for storage, and 3 parking spaces. It is less than 10 minutes away from all the restaurants, shops, and grocery stores in Hallandale and Beaches. Also close to several parks and playgrounds. Our charming Holiday Estate retreat boasts a shared dock, a unique feature that invites you to immerse yourself in the maritime ambiance of Golden Gates. During your stay, you'll have the delightful opportunity to share the dock with the Yacht Charter crew and their discerning guests. As you savor the tranquil moments by the water, you may catch glimpses of these seasoned sailors embarking on their nautical adventures, creating a vibrant and picturesque backdrop to your own coastal escape. It's a chance to connect with the maritime world while enjoying the comfort of your cozy VRBO hideaway. Villa Acceptance form (please see below) will be asked to be signed by guest at check in: -I am aware that I am responsible for my valuables and the condition I leave the property. -I am aware once signing this acceptance form there will be no refunds provided. -I have found this home in good condition, in working order, and according to my expectation. I promise to leave premises with no damages. -If damages occur, management company is entitled to retain the damage deposit in part or full depending on the value of damages. -If excessive trash is accumulated at the end of your stay and does not fit into designated outdoor bins, a service charge of minimum $400 will be deducted from damage deposit. (Cost varies on trash amount) -Using the dock is prohibited unless previously discussed with your Luxuri agent. Must provide insurance for vessel with matching ID. Guest Rules • All door and windows must be always closed & locked • Visitors are not allowed without managers notice • No more cars on property than listed above • No parking on street • No loud music after 10pm • No smoking inside • No parties • No excessive trash • If dock is being used during reservation, you must abide by ocean rules including no wake zones. • For your safety, swimming in the canal is prohibited. • Pool has no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk.
