Our NEWLY REMODELED waterfront condo has direct access to the Gulf waters. Please note that our unit does not have a waterfront view. Amenities include a waterfront *Heated pool, WIFI, Gym, Laundry facility (at guests' expense). Live the RESORT LIFE! Have dinner and drinks at the waterfront tiki-bar/restaurant, take a dip in the waterfront pool and then go back to your cozy unit to relax/sleep and do it all over again! This charming studio, located within the RAMADA by Wyndham hotels, is perfect for solo travelers, couples, or small families.
As you step into this inviting space, you'll be greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The condo features a comfortable queen-size bed, a TV and a sofa bed, providing ample sleeping arrangements for up to four guests.
In the unit you'll find a microwave and a mini fridge to store your favorite drinks and snacks. Well-appointed bathroom that features a shower/tub combination, vanity, toilet bowl and hair dryer. This is a non-smoking condo. Linens, towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests.
The condo/hotel is part of RAMADA by Windham hotels. If any of the amenities doesn't operate at any time, please address the front desk as we do not manage them nor are responsible for their functionality. No refunds will be issued. Guest must verify all access hours with the front desk.

Very relaxing to sit out by the Marina, and hear the music from the bar. Restaurant was good. Room was pretty much as advertised. Only thing was the coffee pot was not a Keurig as we know it, but one of the hotel ones, and the coffee pods we brought with us didn't work. Fortunately the lobbyof the hotel had very good coffee. Overall, we had a good experience.

This place was great! The value for the money was outstanding, the property is absolutely gorgeous and the room was well equipped and clean and the bed was comfortable. There was more in the room than we thought. We knew it had a toaster a microwave and a fridge, but also had an air fryer and a hot plate. Also 2 folding beach/lawn chairs! The location was good and was in walking distance to Anna Maria Oyster Bar Landside, which was great. The tiki bar on the property was very nice with good food and drinks. The pool was big and heated and wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.
