The backyard is fully fenced and private. There is a stackable washer/dryer unit available for guest use in the bathroom area. The driveway accommodates two vehicles comfortably. Other things to note -Pets are welcome for an extra fee. We have a 1 pet maximum. We may consider a second pet with more information. We do not allow pets on the furniture or bedding. -We do not allow parties or gatherings of more than 4 adults. -No smoking, or you will be fined. -There is one exterior camera that points towards the fenced area of the backyard. We do not intend to invade your privacy, it is just for security measures.
