Great location - 10-15 minute walk into the city centre. So many amazing restaurants close by, from all corners of the world. Great sustainability practices used at the property.

Value, location, clean
There were no adapters available to plug 120 volt appliances into the outlets. Also, no USB adapters to charge cell phones. The hotel is behind most of its' competitors on this topic.

The breakfast was very good, we opted to not include it with our room reservation so we had the freedom to grab a brochen or other local snacks on some days and eat breakfast at the hotel others. The staff was super friendly and incredibly helpful. Everyone was able to speak to us in English wish made communication much easier. The rooms were very nice and very clean. A keycard was needed to access the elevator and the access hallway as well as the room of course which really established a secure safe stay. Rooms have their own air conditioning units controlled by the guest which was a lifesaver as we hit a heat spell with some temps over 100 F.
The hotel is just a couple blocks from the main train station of Frankfurt. Which was fantastic. Quick easy walk to get a local train to shopping or nearby neighborhoods or to grab a train to Other cities like Paris or Cologne. Super easy.
Also for exercise and to see local shops it’s only a short 15 min walk to Old Town Frankfurt or to walk along the Main River and sight see.
Being a spoiled traveler from America I am used to a mini fridge in the room which would have been great for dinner leftovers and snacks picked up during the day but it really wasn’t a huge negative. The room had no clock or phone. Again. Not a huge deal just a minor inconvenience.
The only negative, which is beyond the hotel’s control is the block or two around the hotel. There were some homeless and some drug users BUT I will say anyone living in or visiting a major city anywhere in the world will have experienced this at some point. A family friend was a police officer in the local area and said these people are in unfortunate circumstances but they typically avoid you and prefer you to avoid them. He said your bigger concern would be pick pockets in the busy downtown and train areas. Also on Friday-Sunday nights the restaurants on the corners of the street are open late and the customers there gave me that extra feeling of being safe. I would go as far to say I never felt unsafe more so saddened at seeing this. I saw many families with small children and they had no issues either.
