El departamento es muy lindo, amplio y cómodo. Nos pareció incluso más lindo que en las fotos. Está en una zona muy hermosa y arbolada, llena de restaurantes y cafés. Ideal para recorrerla a pie y bien comunicada a otras zonas de la ciudad. Fue un plus tener lavarropas, ya que nos quedamos varios días y viajamos con niños.
Nos hubiera gustado una comunicación más fluida con los encargados. Quedaron en averiguar si podíamos dejar las valijas antes del check in, pero nunca nos confirmaron si esto era posible.

La ubicacion. El apartamento esta cerca a la estacion de metro. Facil acceso. Varios restaurantes alrededor.
El apartamento esta frente a una calle muy transitada. En las noches se escucha el ruido de los carros, las conversaciones de la gente que pasa o de la limpieza que realizan en el restaurante.
Los armarios estaban llenos de polvo.
Las cobijas auxiliares no parecían estar limpias.

The location for walkability was great, easy to get to the park and restaurants.
There were a few items that didn't meet our expectations:
1) Cleanliness, on the surface it seemed clean however the comforters had questionable stains, the coffee pot had mold, and it smelled musty in the rental.
2) The noise level wasn't properly shared, the windows are thin, its above a restaurant which could be heard easily, and the noise from Saturday night really affected our sleep.
3) The stairs up were very slippery, especially if there was water from the rain on your shoes. It was hard for my parents to go up the stairs.
4) The messaging with the property owners. Although they provided the needed information, when I reached out to request to pay for a later check out, there was no response and only scripted messages.
5) The shower was poor, it didn't provide a good shower since it was only a singular spray which was challenging to rinse.
