Best warmest reception by Rahma and Rambaiwa, professional yet warm, easy and real. All staff were amazing, each one being professional and upbeat. Special mention to chef Pascal and has team. Each meal is an art work in terms of taste and variety, despite it being buffet. Gardens, buildings and the pool by the beach are spacious and esthetically pleasing. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and well maintained, carry the same style as the general African-Zanzibar theme. Many activities organized and planned, suitable in variety.
While Hakuna Matata or Pole Pole is a standard expression of life in Zanzibar, meaning 'no worries' and 'take it slowly', it can also end up in a non-commitment attitude, like seeing through on an arrangement that was made. This however does not reflect on Dreams on Zanzibar's work ethic in general, but they outsource activities, like going out for a snorkel trip, and those arrangements are not guaranteed to take place. A person of Dreams of Zanzibar is not there to make sure it happens. They hope outside people keep their word, 'hakuna matata.'
