Palm trees & stunning ocean view

The location was perfect, you could walk to several restaurants and bars, anything you might need. The grounds were loaded with beautiful flowers. The Starbucks on the 1st floor was great, the pools & firepit were wonderful and the view of the beach was incredible. We met so many friendly people & had the best time!

I wish we could have stayed forever, leaving was hard. My husband said the bed was too firm but I found it very comfortable.

our room was never cleaned prior to our arrival . owners didnt care, offered nothing to make it right

the location was nice.

place was filthy! and when i messaged about the conditions they basically just said oh sorry , you can have an hour later check out time … very disappointing. place was disgusting. key card picks and chooses when to work and what doors . hot water tank sounded like it was going to explode and everytime neighbor used it it rattled ur room. floors were never vacuumed had hair and trash debris everywhere. shower had pubey hair and long black hairs everywhere in it . bathroom floor has globs of hair from a brush it looked like, aeound the toilet was dried urine.. ALL towels were dirty! one had crusty food or soemthing on it ! fridge and microwave had food crumbs and splatters in it. need i go on??? i couldn’t add all my pics it only let me add four. i would never come back especially considering big fish rentals did nothing to try to make this right . i had to go out my way , ON VACATION, to buy my own cleaning supplies and bath towels and clean my own room !! extra expenses and headaches and to to top off they were not sorry at all.

The location was perfect, you could walk to several restaurants and bars, anything you might need. The grounds were loaded with beautiful flowers. The Starbucks on the 1st floor was great, the pools & firepit were wonderful and the view of the beach was incredible. We met so many friendly people & had the best time!

I wish we could have stayed forever, leaving was hard. My husband said the bed was too firm but I found it very comfortable.
