Aside from the host's rudeness and the unavailability of some of the items offered everything was ok

The location is wonderful, near International Drive, very close to the Universal Studios parks, and check-in and check-out are easy.

The amenities advertised do not match reality. Several items listed as available are not actually part of the apartment, or are charged separately and located on another floor, such as the washing machine (US$ 5.00 per use). The bathtub that is advertised is also not located inside the apartment. For longer stays, there are not enough towels provided. Even after contacting the host, he refused to provide additional towels and behaved in an ironic, rude, and unprofessional manner, going so far as to accuse me of trying to “take advantage of him.” The host was also not attentive to maintenance issues. There were defects in the apartment that were not disclosed in advance, and even the electronic door lock had a dead battery. The host promised to replace it but never did, forcing me to replace the battery myself to avoid being locked out. The Wi-Fi is very slow, the bedroom windows do not have blackout curtains, and the sound insulation is very poor: noise from neighboring and upper-floor apartments is easily heard (you really need luck with your neighbors). Because I was traveling with elderly people, I chose to end my stay four nights early. Despite this, the host unilaterally and without any communication changed the check-out date, making the apartment available during days that had already been paid for. Overall, a very frustrating experience, mainly due to the host’s conduct and the significant discrepancy between what is advertised and what is actually provided.

Aside from one issue, the stay was very enjoyable.

We appreciated the cozy atmosphere of the location and the convenience of its nearby amenities.

Although this was not the fault of the apartment owner, the neighbors were extremely loud well into the early morning hours (around 3:30 AM). This made it very difficult to get a good night's rest in an otherwise comfortable environment.
