About this house rental
This New-Construction Town House is in the heart of Chattanooga’s Southside. A few minutes walk to an endless array of coffee shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Just around the corner from the Chattanooga Choo Choo where you can find even more restaurants, coffee shops, a comedy club, arcade, bakeries, and bars.
Staying-in is just as amenable with a porch and a balcony to enjoy Chattanooga’s beautiful weather. We are located inside a gated community with a great outdoor space. The social yard includes ping pong, grills, cornhole, and more. This 2 bed and 2.5 bath is supplemented with a comfortable sleeper sofa for additional guests.
Utilize the office space in the primary bedroom with the fastest wi-fi in the country and enjoy plenty coffee and tea to get you through the work day.

This was a very nice unit. It was close to a lot of nice little shops close enough to walk to. The unit itself was very comfortable with nice amenities and both bedrooms had en suite bathrooms and their own TVs. The host was very responsive and understanding of our super early check out needs. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The only drawback anyone staying here needs to be aware of is that there are 2 really long flights of stairs to get to the bedroom level which made it difficult to get the luggage up and down. Other than that, it was great!

We enjoyed everything about this property. Very convenient to the mountain, stores, and the activities we had planned. I would book this property again for sure. The host was amazing with communication as well. No problems accessing the property at all.

We were very close to where we needed to be. Only slightly disappointing was the lack of coffee shops or restaurants close (walking distance). Rental was extremely clean,, communication with renter was good.
