This magnificent multi-level home, complete with waterfront views and ample amenities, is destined to be the highlight of your next exciting Plymouth adventure! Ideally situated for shops, restaurants, and exploring the area’s rich cultural history, you’ll discover Plymouth Rock, Pilgrim Memorial State Park, and Plimoth Patuxet Museums all within a three-mile radius. Spend a day learning about historical landmarks, stroll along the beautiful waterfront, and immerse yourself in the charming downtown atmosphere. The closest beach is Plymouth Long Beach (three miles away) where you can unwind, have a picnic, and observe local wildlife. In the colder months, Blue Hills Ski Area (35 miles away) offers top-tier skiing, snowboarding, and other winter recreation. Featuring incredible green space and elegant vintage decor, the multiple living areas of this abode make you feel right at home. Outside, you’ll find a large yard overlooking the bay and patio space ideal for entertaining or grilling up the catch of the day. Don’t forget to utilize the outdoor shower after a fun day on the shore! The expansive porch invites you to relax with your favorite book or break out the board games in the warm evening air. Back inside, a well-appointed kitchen boasts modern appliances and plenty of storage space making food preparation a breeze. Enjoy home-cooked meals or peaceful breakfasts at the adjacent dining table, watching the waves roll in. The main living area, with plush seating and vintage accents, makes snuggling up for family movie night a real treat. In the basement, you’ll find The Buccaneer’s Lounge, with arts and crafts activities for children. The bedrooms are adorned with cozy linens, pleasant decor, and even more breathtaking views. Following a fun day of excursions, pour a glass of wine and retreat to your private balcony, watching the sun dip below the waves. Additional amenities we love in this home include provided beach equipment, lawn games, Pack-N-Play, and a private washer/dryer for those packing light. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: No parking available. Security camera details: Ring doorbell Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
